You acknowledge that participation in the retreat involves risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, weather conditions, and remote locations. You understand that these factors may impact the retreat experience.

You agree to provide proof of full medical and travel insurance prior to the retreat. This insurance must cover any potential medical expenses, travel cancellations, and emergency evacuations.

Documentation: 

You must submit an email confirmation of your personal medical and travel insurance purchase, displaying your name and the coverage dates, before the retreat begins.

You understand the importance of being prepared for emergencies and agree to comply with all safety protocols outlined by the retreat organizers.
