Cancellation Policy for Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder  Vancouver Island

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair as possible to all parties involved.

Non-Refundable Deposit: 

The $300 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 

​

Refund Eligibility: 

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus the $300 deposit. 

​

Partial Refunds Within 60 Days: 

Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat start date will receive a 60% refund of the total payment, excluding the deposit. 

​

Exceptions for Medical or Emergency Reasons: 

In the event the participant cannot attend due to documented medical or emergency reasons, a full refund will be provided, minus the $300 deposit.

Written Documentation: 

For medical or emergency cancellations, written documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) must be provided to process the refund. 

​

Notification Process: 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to SolaceEnergy@yahoo.com. 

​

Processing Time: 

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request and any necessary documentation. 

​

Force Majeure: 

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), refunds will be assessed based on the situation, with the possibility of alternative dates or a credit offered. 

​

Travel Insurance: 

Participants are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation. 

​

Policy Changes: 

The Inside Out Travel Group reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Participants will be notified of changes in writing.
