By participating in the Among the Trees Travel Adventure Group – Vancouver Island Soul Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: 
You understand that the retreat involves outdoor activities, which may include hiking on varied terrain, exposure to weather elements, and encounters with wildlife. These activities carry inherent risks that may result in physical injury, loss, or damage.

 

Personal Responsibility: 

You accept full responsibility for your personal safety and well-being during the retreat. This includes following all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the retreat organizers and guides.

Indemnification: 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inside Out Travel Group, its organizers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from your participation in the retreat, except as required by law.

Release of Liability: 
By signing this waiver, you release Inside Out Travel Group and associated parties from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat, including those arising from the negligence of the organizers or other participants.
