Participant Consent for Photography and Video Recording 

Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder - Vancouver Island May 2026

By participating in the Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding photography and video recording:

Consent to Record: 

You grant permission for Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder and its authorized representatives to photograph and video record retreat activities that may include your participation.

Use of Images and Videos: 

Photographs and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials.

Rights and Ownership: 

You acknowledge that Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder holds all rights to the images and recordings. You waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or any written copy related to the images.

No Compensation: 

You agree that you will receive no financial compensation for the use of these images or recordings. 

​

Opt-Out Option: 

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. 

​

Release of Liability: 

By consenting, you release Among the Trees: Rediscovering Nature's Wonder, its organizers, and associated parties from any claims related to the use of photographs and videos.
